I've been on it for about 6 months, mostly using the mobile app and a softphone. Call quality has been really good for me, no drops or weird echoes or anything. Way better than my old provider.

It's generally solid. Like anything internet-based, if your own connection is spotty, you might hear it. But on their end, I haven't had any complaints. Their support is pretty decent if you do run into a hiccup.
